Sesame, Ginger, Orange Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

1-2 Lbs. Fresh Salmon filets (amount of marinade is relative to amount of Salmon)

¼ Cup Sesame oil

1/8 Cup Fish or oyster sauce

¼ c Rice Wine vinegar

3-4 TBSP Soy sauce

Cracked black peppa

Sprinkle Chili pepper flakes

Zest and juice of 1-2 limes (set some zest aside)

1-2 TBSP fresh ginger (grated)

4-6 Cloves garlic (minced) more garlic if you want mo flava!

Zest of one to two whole oranges

Juice of 2 whole orange or (Or I have used 1 cup orange marmalade in leu of fresh juice)

Scoop of Peanut Butter (1/8 to ¼ cup) use your personal judgement

1 TBSP Sriracha or (squeeze as much as you like)

1/4 cup toasted black sesame seeds

2 TBSP Diced scallion or green onion

What I do!

Mix all marinade ingredients in bowl and whisk together real good

Add salmon filets to bowl, dredge good, cover with foil or saran wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

After refrigeration, place salmon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake 12-15 minutes, depending on the depth of the salmon filets.

Place remaining marinade into sauce pot and bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute (boils off any bacteria!)

Remove salmon from oven and pour marinade over salmon and whatever veggies you cooked up!

Sprinkle entire dish with toasted sesame seeds and green onion
